All of our coconut candy is made to order to ensure freshness and quality.
Standard processing time (February–September):
Please allow 10–21 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment.Winter / Holiday season (October–January):
Due to high demand, please allow 2–5 weeks for your order to be made and shipped.
Processing time does not include transit time with the shipping carrier.
Holiday & Peak Season
From November through January, our coconut candy is in very high demand.
Orders are processed in the order they are received. We recommend placing holiday orders as early as possible to avoid delays.
Shipping Methods & Transit Time
Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking (if available for your selected method).
Transit times vary depending on your location and shipping option selected at checkout.
Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays during peak seasons and holidays, which are outside of our control.
Expedited / Rush Orders
If you need your order by a specific date or would like to request expedited processing or shipping, please contact us before placing your order so we can let you know what is possible.

Our coconut candy is a food product and may be sensitive to heat during transit. Please track your package and retrieve it promptly upon delivery to maintain freshness and quality.
